Jennifer Lopez has revealed she intentionally stopped going to parties after she married Marc Anthony in 2004.

Jennifer’s high profile, public relationships with Sean Combs (then Puff Daddy) and Ben Affleck, and her penchant for partying, kept Jennifer in the tabloids constantly but she has now said it made her “uncomfortable”.

She said recently: “It was a choice [to lead a quieter life].”

“My life for me had become uncomfortable in the way that it was affecting my personal life and the people in it. So I decided I needed to take a look at that.”

“I realized there was a way to pull back from that. You don’t go out as much. You choose different places to go.”

“We’re homebodies. We love music – obviously it’s a big part of our lives – but we’re not big club people. Not any more. I’ve had my days.”
