  • Billie Piper and new boyfriend Laurence Fox are apparently not too concerned about keeping their new relationship a secret. They were spotted walking two dogs together on Wimbledon Common on Friday then on the way home Laurence stopped to buy her flowers. An onlooker reported: “They were all over each other and didn’t seem remotely bothered who saw them.”
  • After affair rumours a few months ago, Darren Byfield is trying hard to stay in fiancee Jamelia’s good books. The Millwall player through a surprise birthday party for Jamelia at Embassy in London last night and paid for plenty of champagne for her friends to enjoy. A guest told the People newspaper: “He pulled out all the stops and Jamelia was so thrilled.”
  • Penélope Cruz has revealed she’d love to make a musical film to take advantage of years of childhood training in ballet and jazz dancing. She said recently: “My hope someday is to do a musical, like Nicole Kidman in Moulin Rouge! She was so great. I could use all my dancing.”
