Madonna is reportedly finding it difficult to hire a full time nanny for new son, David.

Her older children, Lourdes and Rocco, both have their own carers and minders but according to the Daily Mail, Madonna is finding it hard to add to the childcare team because she has specific restrictions.

A source told the newspaper: “Madonna has been interviewing people and has used her friends Stella McCartney and Gwyneth Paltrow, who both have children, to help her find a suitable employee. But she hasn’t been able to find anyone.”

“She is panicking a bit as she has yet to find someone who is prepared to adhere to her strict lifestyle.”

The source explained that the nanny would live in a single room in the family’s London home but they would not be allowed to watch television in there because Madonna “doesn’t believe” in it or have any guests because they’d be so busy: “Whoever gets the job has also been warned they will be working flat out for the first three months and won’t be allowed any visitors.”
