Denise Richards and Richie Sambora are reportedly planning to marry in Italy this summer after their divorces from their respective partners are finalised.

A source told Life and Style Weekly that the couple aren’t planning to repeat the Tom Cruise/Katie Holmes Italian wedding extravaganza, instead going for a small low key affair witnessed by around 50 family and close friends.

The friend added: “Denise loves Milan so it will probably be there.”

The couple began dating in the spring after Denise split from husband Charlie Sheen and Richie filed for divorce from wife - and Denise’s former best friend, Heather Locklear.
