SealSeal has revealed he gained more than a wife and child when he married Heidi Klum - he got wonderful in-laws too.

Seal recently told People magazine: “My wife has a good relationship with her parents - that’s one of the gifts I inherited by marrying her.”

The couple now have three children under the age of three and Seal added that Heidi’s mum and dad are always there to help: “We have great help. My in-laws are an integral part of our family life. Grandma and Grandpa are the best kind of help two parents can have.”

Seal has previously spoken out about his lack of relationship with his own parents, particularly his abusive father but now as a parent himself is starting to see things in a new light: “I didn’t have that kind of communication [with my own parents].”

“I wish I understood then what I know [now]: that parents no matter how functional or dysfunctional, are trying the best they can.”
