Keith Urban’s spokesperson has confirmed that Keith left rehab over the weekend.

Keith admitted himself to the Betty Ford clinic in October to help fight his alcohol addiction and was falsely rumoured to have checked himself out when spotted on holiday in Australia with wife Nicole Kidman over Christmas.

Keith’s spokesperson Paul Freundlich has now confirmed though that Keith has been “officially released from the facility”.

Keith was spotted with Nicole at a private Golden Globes after-party on Monday held by top Hollywood talent agency, CAA.
