According to People magazine, the two were seen together in the restaurant of celebrity favourite hotel Chateau Marmont. A source told the publication: “They sat side-by-side on a couch laughing and chatting for about an hour.”

“They were then joined by a girlfriend of Sienna’s, but carried on with their flirting.”

The onlooker reported that Sienna held her Josh’s hand against her thigh for some time before the pair retired for cocktails to the hotel’s more private poolside bungalow area.

A spokesperson for Sienna denied any romance, saying: “They’re friends, just friends. They were just hanging out.”
