• Factory Girl director George Hickenlooper wanted Sienna Miller to lose weight to play Edie Sedgewick in the film but Sienna wasn’t too happy about doing it. She said recently: “I can’t work that hard and not eat. He’d come and have try to snatch bagels out of my hands.”
  • Mariah Carey was reportedly given a pair of sparkly nipple tassles for Christmas. A friend told the Mirror: “[Mariah] feels kind of kinky owning them but a lucky few have been given a private view.”
  • The mum of surfer Kelly Slater has denied there is anything going on between her son and Cameron Diaz. Rumours started after the two were snapped surfing together recently but Judy Slater told In Touch magazine: “They have been friends for a long time. She just called him and asked if she could come over for a few days. It was nothing they had planned. Every time somebody sees somebody else eating dinner, they think it’s a romantic thing. It’s silly.”
