Jennifer Aniston’s spokesperson has confirmed that the star has had a nose job recently but that it wasn’t a full scale operation as sources claim.

Jennifer was spotted leaving the office of Dr Raj Kanodia - the cosmetic surgeon behind both Ashlee Simpson and Cameron Diaz’s new noses - on Saturday and covered her bruised face with her hands when she realised there were photographers present.

A source told Life & Style magazine that Jennifer had a “full rhinoplasty” and spent four hours in surgery but that was dismissed by Jennifer’s spokesperson Stephen Huvane: “For the most part, this story is complete rubbish. Jennifer did have a septum corrected that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago.”

“The rest is just nonsense that tabloids like to create.”

A source close to Jennifer told Us Weekly that the corrective surgery has been in the works for a long time: “Jen has hated her nose ever since her first nose job. She always said how lousy it was and that her nose was still too wide.”
