Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown is reportedly planning to return to the UK permanently to bring up her second child.

Mel, who is currently six months pregnant, moved to Los Angeles in order to relaunch her career in the US but that didn’t go as planned - and neither did her relationship with Eddie Murphy.

A source close to Mel told the People newspaper: “Mel has had it with Eddie Murphy and Los Angeles.”

“The reason she moved there in the first place was to launch her career Stateside but that hasn’t happened.”

“She wants to spend more time with her mother and sister. It makes sense to move back.”
