Keira Knightley: I’ll risk my career for some time off

Keira Knightley has revealed she’s prepared to risk her career in the short term in order to have a few months holiday.

The 21 year old has been working constantly since her break through role in Bend it like Beckham in 2002 and now she feels that she needs some time off.

She told Hello magazine: “It’s my instinct to think ‘I have to say yes or there won’t be another job’.”

“But I’ve been working on films back to back for the past few years and I need a break. I think I just need to take time out to get a bit more of my own life back.”

“If that means I have to go to the back of the queue as far as acting is concerned, then I just have to accept that.”
