Nicole Richie is reportedly worried that she’s potentially facing jail time for her December DUI arrest.

According to Life & Style Weekly, Nicole shared her fears with Paris Hilton at a recent dinner at Mr Chow’s in Hollywood. An inside source told the magazine: “She was really freaking out. Paris kept telling Nicole not to worry, that everything was going to be fine.”

Under Californian law, Nicole faces a mandatory five days in prison if charged with the offence because it will be her second driving under the influence offence after an earlier incident in 2002.
