Teri Hatcher has apparently stuck to her decision to stop using Botox because she says she’d rather have wrinkles than having chemicals injected into her skin.

Teri told Glamour recently: “I don’t use Botox or Restylane and I’ve never had any surgery, no matter what you’ve read.”

“A male friend in the fashion industry once asked me, ‘Why is make-up any different to getting Botox?’ I said I didn’t think it was a fair comparison, make-up is removable, it’s not permanent. But changing the natural chemical state of who you are? I’m not sure.”

“Over the years, I’ve struggled so much with liking myself that the appearance of a few more lines doesn’t really worry me so much.”

But that’s not to say she’s completely comfortable with other people’s opinions about her appearance: “That’s the one downside to fame – on any one day you can find loads of hideously mean things said about you online.”

“[My friend] keeps threatening to put these computer child locks on my computer so I can’t torture myself. It hurts, you know?”
