David and Victoria Beckham have found out that money can’t buy everything in the US - particularly visas for their security team.

The couple applied for work permits for their team of bodyguards but were reportedly turned down by US immigration authorities.

A source told the Sun: “[Their] personal protection squad have been with them for a good few years.”

“But they won’t be allowed to work for them in America because they do not qualify for work permits because of the strict regulations surrounding work permits in the US.”

“It is looking like Becks will have to give them all the sack because they will rarely be outside the US and won’t be needed. The hunt is now on to find an American security team to look after them in LA.”

“It’s proving to be a massive headache because David and Victoria are comfortable and so happy with their current team.”

The current team, including former SAS soldiers, work in a two weeks on, two weeks off rota and are paid in excess of £75,000 a year for their services.
