Drew BarrymoreDrew Barrymore has sworn off making any more romantic comedies after finishing Music & Lyrics with Hugh Grant.

Drew has been a bit of rom-com specialist in recently years - with films including The Wedding Singer, Never Been Kissed and 50 First Dates - but now she wants to try her hand at something different.

She said recently: “It is time to get it touch with a different side of myself - the one that is mature, adult and dramatic.”

“I do want to be a ‘woman’ woman rather than a young woman. And so it’s time to say goodbye to the whole rom-com thing. Thank god.”
