Anna Nicole Smith reportedly ordered a former nanny to underfed baby Dannielynn so that the five month old would look “sexy”.

Quethlie Alexis was hired by Anna Nicole to look after the tot at the family’s home in the Bahamas last year but Quethlie quit in December and signed a legal affidavit about her experiences.

According to the document just obtained by TMZ, Quethlie claims: “[Anna Nicole] was obsessed with making sure that her baby was sexy. [She] knew that the correct amount of baby food was three ounces every three hours… [She] insisted that the maximum I was to give was 2.5 ounces.”

Quethlie added that in her opinion at the time, Dannielynn “is badly underweight and not thriving, as a baby should.”

Quethlie also mentioned Anna Nicole’s behaviour during her employment, claiming that Anna Nicole “attempted to commit suicide” twice: “On the first occasion, she drank in my presence an entire bottle of what I believed to be a sleeping aid. [The second time, she] tried to drown herself.”

She also added fuel to the rumours surrounding Anna Nicole’s relationship with Bahamian Minister of Immigration, Shane Gibson. Quethlie claimed they were having a “flagrant sexual relationship” and Gibson would “spend hours alone with [Anna Nicole] in her bedroom” on a “daily basis.”

The funeral and burial is likely to take place at the start of next week.

The prescriptions were issued for a Michelle Chase - apparently an alias of Anna Nicole’s - in California and sent along with “Demerol (30 pills), a morphine-like drug, Dalmane (30 pills), a sleeping pill, and injectable vials of vitamin B12″ to “Vickie Marshall” (Anna Nicole’s legal name) in the Bahamas.
