Just let the baby be with her family. I believe that if a mother allows a man ( Even though he may not be the bio father) to put his name on the birth certificate, that that is the man she wants to be the father. Let it go already. i think the money should be her first “husband” Howard’s family because she married him for the money. She nor anyone of the circus (Stern and other “dad”, mother, chidren). The money was stolen from a very old man who was manipulated into marrying her. She is a stripper who lives for sex and money. She is dead and the world is one place cleaner.

Anna Nicole Smith deserves to be buried next to the son she loved. I hope the judge can enforce the decedents wishes. It may not be in writing, but it is my understanding many people were told verbally that she wanted to be buried next to her son. She just didn’t know how soon the chance would come. Then there are Anna Nicoles actions. She bought plots at the time of her son’s death for at least herself and possibly two other people. What counts is Anna Nicole’s wishes, not anyone elese’s. I believe that Howard K. Stern is trying to carry out Anna Nicole’s wishes. I’d like to hear her mother’s take on why she thinks Anna Nicole would want to be buried in Texas. Except for “spite” she would have no answers. Her daughter would have nothing to do with her while she was alive. Now Anna Nicole’s mother is going to take her revenge as best she can. I want to trust the legal justice system. Also, Howard K. Stern’s name is on the baby’s birth certificate for a reason. If Anna Nicole wanted him to be the father, biological or not, then he should be the little girls father. I hope there is something in the law that at the very least Howard K. Stern is given custody of the little girl because his name is on her birth certificate. I believe that she is more precious to him than to any of the others that have come out of the woodwork to claim custody of the little girl. May Howard be allowed to carry out Anna Nicole’s wishes, whatever they were.

Probably Anna also should be watching the current comic scenes from the other side of the universe with detached amusement and the shocking revelation of the true color of those who professed love to her.

I truly believe that the baby is Larry Birkheads. She looks just like him. Also I find the timing of Daniels and Anna Nicole’s death very suspicious.
