Anna Nicole Smith’s bodyguard has spoken about trying to revive Anna Nicole in her hotel room ten days ago.

The former paramedic known as Big Moe revealed this week: “I slapped her in the face and said, ‘Anna, wake up, wake up!’.”

“I gave her two breaths. Then I checked for a pulse - I could’ve sworn I felt a little light pulse. I told her, ‘If you got anything in you, baby girl, please come back’.”

“What bothers me more than anything is knowing I was the last person to put their lips around her lips, to try to breathe life into her and there was nothing there.”

Moe carried out CPR until the paramedics arrived but neither their resuscitation or further treatment at the hospital could revive her.

Anna Nicole’s partner Howard K Stern and her mother Virgie Arthur are now is a dispute over where Anna Nicole’s body should be buried. Howard is demanding she is buried near her home - and the grave of her son Daniel Smith - in the Bahamas while Virgie wants the burial in Anna Nicole’s hometown in Texas.

Broward County Circuit Court Judge Larry Seidlin, presiding over the area in Florida where Anna Nicole died, has ordered Howard and Virgie to court on Tuesday to makes their cases but has asked that their lawyers stop the bickering between the two parties. Seidlin said on Friday: “I want to maintain the beauty and dignity of Anna Nicole Smith. We’re beginning to give her peace.”

Howard’s legal team is reportedly planning to use video testimonies from Anna Nicole herself to show the hatred she felt towards her mother because of “all the beatings and whippings”.

Alongside the burial issue, there is the ongoing paternity battle over Anna Nicole’s daughter Dannielynn and a new dispute has emerged regarding Anna Nicole’s will. Virgie is reportedly set to challenge for some of Anna Nicole’s fortune after Anna Nicole failed to update her will after Daniel’s death last year.

However, lawyers for Anna Nicole and Howard say Virgie’s challenge it unlikely to be successful. Howard’s lawyer in Florida, Krista Barth said regarding the issue: “Anyway you spin it, I can assure you that Dannielynn is absolutely the only one who gets Anna Nicole’s money. Anna’s mother was specifically written out of that will. I can assure you that Virgie Arthur is not getting any money under any possible scenario.”

Wayne Munroe, Anna Nicole’s attorney in the Bahamas, added: “As long as you have one child, it goes to the child. Parents only come in if you have no spouse and no children.”
