  • Shane Gibson, the Minister of Immigration in the Bahamas, has resigned after photos of him with Anna Nicole Smith were published last week. • McFly’s Danny Jones has revealed that the group do take advantage of the perks of being in a band with a lot of female fans - but he doubts anything meaningful will come from the encounters. He said recently: “Yes [I sleep with fans]. But I don’t think it’s possible to have a relationship with a fan, particularly if she wakes up every morning and asks you for your autograph.”
  • All Saints are on the verge of being dropped by their record label after a lacklustre comeback. Their album charted at number 40 and their new single ‘Chick Fit’ will only be released digitally. A source told the Mirror: “‘Chick Fit’ is almost certainly going to be their last single and it will take a miracle to save the band now. They are still technically signed to the label but not for much longer. It’s unfortunate because we all had such high hopes for the reunion but it has proved to be a major let-down.”
