• Christina Aguilera has denied rumours that she’s pregnant with her first child. An employee at a children’s boutique in Beverly Hills claimed Christina had discussed her pregnancy during a recent visit: “She was talking to [another customer] and she said she took a home pregnancy test and that it was positive. She kept saying they’d have to come back when they knew the sex of the baby.” However, Christina has said the rumours are “not true” and she wasn’t even in the shop in question.
  • Speaking of babies, Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross has given birth to twin baby girls in Los Angeles. The pair made their entrance on Tuesday and have been named Eden and Savannah. Marcia’s spokesperson confirmed the birth and added that: “Mother and babies are all doing well.” Marcia was confined to bed rest for the last month of her pregnancy as a precaution but there were no complications. The girls are the first children for Marcia and her husband Tom Mahoney.
  • Rumours about a possible romance between Meg Ryan and Matthew Perry had heated up after Matthew reportedly asked former Friends co-star Courtney Cox Arquette for advising on how to befriend Meg’s two children. A source told the Mirror: “Matthew usually doesn’t seek anyone’s advice so they can tell he cares about Meg.” A source close to Meg added: “She’s putting her life in place .. she would love to share her life with someone special.”
