  • Sienna Miller was spotted introducing new boyfriend Jamie Burke to her dad Edward and step-mum at a restaurant in New York last night. Photos of Sienna and Jamie on holiday together in Mexico circulated earlier this week after they met at a party last month. Onlookers at Matsuri noted that Jamie looked nervous about the meeting but that it went well. Jamie has been previously linked to Kate Moss, Lindsay Lohan and Courtney Love.
  • R&B star Usher has reportedly got engaged to his girlfriend, Tameka Foster. A source told the New York Post: “It’s 100 percent official. She is wearing a beautiful ring and he’s been introducing her as his fiance.” But according to the New York Daily News, his mum isn’t best pleased with the news: Jonetta Patton previously fired Tameka when she was Usher’s stylist because Jonetta didn’t think Tameka “was dressing him according to the calibre of star he was” and she suspected Tameka of wanting to replace her as his manager.
  • Paris Hilton has been sentenced to three years’ probation, fined $390 and forced to attend an alcohol education pogramme after not contesting an alcohol-related reckless driving charge. Paris was arrested in September last year and blamed lack of food and rest for her behaviour, although admitted to having one margarita. Paris was not in court to hear the sentence but a spokesperson for the City Attorney’s office said they are “satisfied with the outcome”.
