Mandy Moore: no more crappy pop, I’m just making music for me
Mandy Moore has revealed she’s rather not make music than make another “crappy pop record”.
Mandy is set to release ‘Wild Hope’, her first album of original material in four years, later this year and says won’t rush out her next offering because she’d rather concentrate on making films.
She said recently: “Not to sound bad, but I don’t necessarily have to make a record. No one’s out there desperately waiting for my next album.”
“I have so much fun doing film stuff, and I feel really fulfilled creatively doing that right now.”
“So I have to do the music my way. It means too much to me. I can’t just go into the studio and make a crappy pop record to please somebody else. Why bother?”

it so sad when an artist decides to do there own thing.whether mandy likes it or not that same crappy pop put money in her pocket and made her famous.although its good for an artist to enjoy making music but its never a good thing to turn against those very same people who brought that crappy pop.sorry if sound like I am attacking .
