Paramedics were reportedly called to the Promises Center in Malibu on Saturday night to treat Britney Spears - although it isn’t clear why she needed treatment.

According to the Mirror, an ambulance crew arrived at the rehab clinic around 8pm on Saturday night, followed by Britney’s mum Lynne Spears and Britney’s estranged husband Kevin Federline - bringing Britney and Kevin’s two sons with them - around 8.30pm.

A witness told the newspaper: “Police said staff were concerned about Britney - but they didn’t say why. Her mum looked very worried.”

A Malibu sheriff added: “She is going to be ok.”

Lynne and Kevin spent around two hours at the facility before taking the boys back to Kevin’s home in the San Fernando Valley. It was the first time Britney had seen her sons since checking into the clinic last week.

In related news, Britney reportedly wants to evict all the other patients from her wing at the clinic, to avoid having to mix with them and risk them selling stories to the press. An inside source told the Sun: “she wants all the rooms on her wing. It will cost her hundreds of thousands.”
