• Paris Hilton could be facing up to 90 days in jail after violating the terms of her probation when she found to be driving on a suspended license on Tuesday evening. Paris temporarily lost her license and was sentenced to three years probation just last week following her September arrest for driving under the influence. Her publicist Elliot Mintz has said regarding Tuesday’s incident: “She was confused about the status of her licence.” Paris was arrested for the misdemeanour but could face jail as a specific term of her probation insists she “obey all laws”. A hearing will be called to discuss the issue.
  • Paul McCartney and Heather Mills have formally started their divorce case behind closed doors at the High Court in central London. The two appeared in court yesterday before Mr Justice Benders and the hearing continued today to decide which claims Heather will be able to use against Paul. An source from within the court has claimed the judge has rejected many of the claims of abuse and drug-taking. Neither party had an official comments on the proceedings.

According to the New York Daily News, the two attended Prince’s party at the star’s Hollywood Hills home and a fellow party goer reports: “Penélope and Orlando couldn’t keep their hands off one another - they were making out the whole night. It was crazy! Touching, kissing - even a little bit of groping. And in view of tons of actors, too, like Leonardo DiCaprio and Ryan Gosling.”
