Anna Nicole Smith buried tomorrow; new cause of death rumours

Anna Nicole Smith will be buried in the Bahamas tomorrow after the Florida court of appeal rejected her mum Virgie Arthur’s challenge yesterday.

The court overruled Virgie’s bid to claim her daughter’s remains and reawarded Anna Nicole’s body to her daughter Dannielynn’s legally-appointed guardian Richard Milstein, saying the Anna Nicole should be buried in Nassau next to her son Daniel Smith as per her “last ascertainable wish”. Virgie had wanted to bury Anna Nicole in her native state of Texas despite Anna Nicole being estranged from her Texas-based family.

In related news, two new theories have emerged regarding the cause of Anna Nicole’s death last month. A source has told the National Enquirer that preliminary findings from tests performed during the autopsy show she had a severe case of pneumonia when she died and the prescription drugs she was taking may have exacerbated the condiction. Anna Nicole had previously been admitted to hospital with pneumonia in November last year.

However, another source has told The Insider that it was Lupus rather than pneumonia that was to blame. Frank Rodriguez, a long-time friend of Anna Nicole’s, told The Insider that she suffered from the autoimmune disease but “she asked me to swear I would never, ever, ever tell anybody.” He added that he chose to speak now because he was frustrated that everyone thought Anna Nicole was “a drug addict” rather than someone struggling with a painful disease.

I have Lupus and pneumonia is a complication of Lupus. I walk around with it all the time and fevers are normal with Lupus. A simple blood sample could say if it was and then you would know for sure. If it was, then tell the public so they can FINALLY talk about Lupus so the people who suffer can bring it out in public and find a cure. Lupus is a silent disease. No one knows I am sick……..but yes, when I have pain, I do take perscripts for it. The pain is unbearable and would explain a lot about her death and her life.

I still think it was a suicide. Not to be rude, but it would make a lot more sense than the illness/drugs idea. Though, those aren’t wholly falible as causes. Every aspect of her life up until then pointed to a suicide. Here’s my reasoning: firstly, she was horribly depressed, and seeing a psychiatrist. And, her reasons for being depressed are overwhelming — heck, kids kill themselves for being picked on, and she was in a lot of ways the laughing stock of the world. She wasn’t dumb, and when she hit hard times she had to resort to selling her public image (though it may not have even been true) as a now fat, dumb blonde on a reality TV show to bring back profits. On top of that, her pride and joy died of agonizingly uncertain circumstances just before. Also, the fact is that she prided herself on her youth and beauty, and facing 40, and shrivelled stomach, and everything that entailed, I think it would make a lot of sense to her to akin herself to marylin monroe (as she often did) and have it all end early enough for her not to fade into obscurity. This is a horribly sad idea — but I think it’s the most logical one. Plus, there are lots of ways to kill oneself without the coroner knowing for certain. Again, she was probably a lot smarter than she was pegged by the media that taunted her.

I do not think Anna killed herself intentionally, she just had a little baby girl and lost her son, but as you can see in her faux paux wedding she was trying to move on in life. I do believe the overwhelming tragedy following the birth of her daughter wore her down physically and mentally. Postpartum depression alone without all the tragedy is bad enough. Anna was a very smart lady, unfortunatly karma may have gotten to her. It is very sad. She lived her life and used people to try to gain riches, and then lost her own. Maybe the lesson here is don’t waste time trying to marry people for money and looking like an ultimate money grub, but when it came down to it she ultimatly loved her son more than life.

God Bless Dannielynn Hope in her life to come as people will battle over you for your moms money for years to come. You do not deserve the hell they are going to drag you through.

May God keep you in his safe keeping all the days of your life. Your mother loved you and so did your brother.

i think she died of depression. she was alone and was thinking of her son, she was sad and she cried so much that her heart suddenly stopped. that may be a cause.

i also think that if her daughter had traveled with her, she might have not died because then she would have occupied her mind with something to do instead of doing nothing. i feel sorry for danielynn.

hmmm all so confusing…why is everybody so facinated my her? all i could come up with is beauty and disfunction…people love all that sorta thing. I do think anna had a long history of drug use, doesent matter what all the pills were for, she needed them. I think howard knew that and kept her nice and loaded all the time. I think he kept her from people in her life that could of turned them against him.i feel he was in it for a payday, I do beleive larry birkhead will be the daddy, that babylooks just like him. I am however disgusted that no-one thought of any kind of intervention to once and for all get her off the pills. easier said than done with anna calling all the shots.what a sad strange case all the way around. I would be shocked if drugs played no part in her death, c’mon metadone in the fridge ya she was on the stuff somthing doesent smell right with the sonsdeath tho. i read that howard flushed some pills that were in daniels pocket and said to someone “i jsut took care of a problem” hmmm makes you wonder…they need to give him a lie detector test in both deaths…I hope she finally has some peace. :(
