  • Nicole Richie has sparked rumours that she has got engaged to Joel Madden after just three months of dating. According to Life & Style Weekly, the two visited a jewellery shop in Los Angeles together last month and looked at engagement rings but ended up just buying a $3,350 ruby necklace for Nicole. However on Wednesday the Simple Life star has been spotted wearing a large diamond ring on her engagement finger while on a coffee run with friends. The couple are also reportedly planning to move in together as soon as they find a suitable home.
  • Bobby Brown has been bailed out of jail by a radio station in exchange for a week’s work. The station, Hot 99.5, offered the $19,150 bail and Bobby accepted. A spokesperson for the station said: “We will have security, transportation, accommodations and everything to make Bobby feel like the star that he is. We are really doing it for his children, we sympathize with Bobby and hope that this will give him a head start and will put him back on track.”
  • Chris Rock has slammed rumours that his marriage is in trouble. The comedian appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show on Wednesday with his wife Malaak to deny the recent rumours. He said: “Though we have tried in the past to take the high road and not comment on the tabloid media, we find it necessary to express on record how unfortunate it is that .. tabloid outlets have chosen to print untrue rumors and lies about our family and marriage. It is extremely hurtful to us, our children, and our extended family. We remain, as always, very happy and committed to our marriage and the beautiful family that we have built.” The couple celebrated their ten year anniversary last year and have two children together.
