Pete Doherty reportedly told journalists at the NME Awards that he IS going to marry Kate Moss but they can’t do it yet because under his supervision order, he’s only allowed to leave the country for work.

The News of the World quotes Pete as saying: “We can’t get married thanks to the police f***ers.”

“We want to do it away, a special wedding somewhere miles from anywhere and everyone. But the f***ing police have taken away my passport.”

“It f***ing sucks. I’m stuck here.”

“We want a special wedding and we don’t want to do it here, there’s too much s*** here. Somewhere small and out the way would be cool. We can’t wait, it’ll be beautiful.”

Kate added that marriage or not, “I just want to be with my boyfriend. He’s wild, crazy, but he’s cool.”

She also said that they’re not the party animals they’re made out to be: “I can’t understand all the interest in us any more. I’d rather be at home with him. We don’t go out much, only to the odd event like this.”

“I don’t like this scene thing and I refuse to go to after parties. It’s not me.”

“Honestly, things are same old, same old. We don’t have an exciting year planned, we are taking things as they come.”
