  • Larry Birkhead’s lawyer has insisted there will be no negotiation with Howard K Stern over custody of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter Dannielynn. Howard is rumoured to considering conceding his paternity claim as long as he is allowed to remain Dannielynn’s trustee as well as retain certain financial assets of Anna Nicole’s. However Debra Opri has now clarified that the only point for negotiation is “how fast [Stern] will produce the child for a DNA test and how quickly he will allow that child to go to California with her real father. There were never any deals. It was a one-sided discussion.”
  • Courtney Love has jeopardised Paris Hilton’s participation in the new series of The Simple Life after claiming she saw “white powder” in a bathroom at Paris’s home last month. Courtney made the claim on her website after attending a party at the socialite’s home on February 24th, shortly before Paris started filming the reality TV show working as a camp counsellor. The head of the camp organisation involved, Foundations for Jewish Camping, has said their investigating claims.
  • After a mile-high fling with an air stewardess came to light last month, Ralph Fiennes has reportedly annoyed fellow guests and bosses at a hotel in Bruges, Belgium by having a nude pool party. Another guest reports that Ralph, along with a a group of his In Bruges co-stars and local girls, stripped off and jumped in the pool at the Hotel Tuilerieen: “There was a lot of screaming, shouting and loud music.” Manager Patrica Homble added she “wasn’t happy about it”.
