  • The recent photos of a bigger-than-normal Salma Hayek weren’t caused by an unflattering dress - her publicist has confirmed that she’s pregnant with her first child - and engaged to the father-to-be, businessman Francois-Henri Pinault. The baby is due in the summer.
  • Josh Hartnett is reportedly dating Italian model Sveva Gualdi. The couple have been spotted together around New York on several occasions over the last few weeks with an onlooker on one occasion telling In Touch magazine: “They were holding hands and kissing. They didn’t care who saw them.” An inside source added that they’ve been “dating for about a month” after meeting at a party in the city.
  • Joe Simpson is adamant that his famous daughters Jessica Simpson and Ashlee Simpson won’t be following their contemporaries into rehab. Speaking particularly about Britney Spears‘ admission to the Promises Treatment Center in Malibu, Joe said recently: “I would never let that happen to my daughters. Hopefully, her family will take care of the situation.”
