  • Joss Stone has posed for an advert for anti-fur group PETA to publicise vegetarianism. The photos show Joss posing with a speckled hen and she explained recently: “I wanted to do the shoot because I feel there is no need to cause another living thing pain or harm. There are so many other things we can eat. I have never eaten meat in my life and I’m 5ft 10in and not exactly wasting away. A wise man once said, ‘Animals are my friends and I’m not in the habit of eating my friends.’ That is exactly how I feel.”
  • Mark Owen has said that his former Take That bandmate Robbie Williams is “happy and well” since leaving rehab last week. He added that despite Robbie’s various comments about hating fame, he doesn’t think Robbie will disappear from the limelight: “Sometimes I think he should just go off and live a happy life. But he won’t because he loves entertaining - and he’s good at it.”
  • Evidence centred around a computer in Anna Nicole Smith’s hotel room is reportedly the reason the autopsy findings into the cause of her death have been delayed. An inside source with the Seminole police department has told TMZ that officials are working with police in the Bahamas to evaluate information on the computer which was near Anna Nicole’s bedside when she died. The website also reports that the police’s homicide division are helping in the investigation but the case has not been classed as a homicide.
