• The Bahamian judge overseeing Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter’s paternity case has ordered DNA tests from Larry Birkhead and Howard K Stern. Howard wasn’t present for the hearing but has been ordered to attend the court on Tuesday for the next stage of the custody case. On leaving court, Larry said: “I can’t say what happened today, just that I’m happy and grateful. I know I’m the father. I just want the court to know I’m the father. I will be back on Tuesday.”
  • It seems almost inevitable that Jamie Oliver’s daughter Poppy will follow in her dad’s culinary footsteps: the celebrity chef and his wife Jools organised a pizza making party for Poppy’s fifth birthday this week. An inside source revealed: “Jools and Jamie came into Pizza Express with 30 of Poppy’s friends. Jamie was as enthusiastic as the children. Poppy had a brilliant time and they all got to taste the pizzas afterwards.”
  • Stephen Fry has revealed he’s been helping Robbie Williams since the star left rehab a fortnight ago. The two became friends after Stephen interviewed Robbie for a documentary about bipolar disorder last year. Stephen said recently: “I talk a lot with Robbie. It is hard for him - but I will continue to be there for him.”
