Lindsay LohanWilmer Valderrama reportedly tried to woo back ex-girlfriend Lindsay Lohan by serenading her at a karaoke night at a New York club - but she wasn’t interested.

Lindsay dated the former That ’70s Show star for around six months in 2004 and the two are still apparently friends but now it seems Wilmer wants more.

According to onlookers, Wilmer showed up Unik’s Sunday karaoke night around 2.30am, just as Lindsay was finishing her third song of the evening - Justin Timberlake’s ‘Like I love you’, following renditions of Christina Aguilera’s ‘Dirrty’ and Fiona Apple’s ‘Criminal’.

A fellow clubgoer told the New York Daily News: “He tried to talk to her, but she didn’t have much time for him. Then he grabbed a microphone and said, ‘Lindsay, this is for you.’”

He went on to sing Matchbox 20’s ‘Back 2 Good’, including the lyrics: “I was thinking if you were lonely, Maybe we could leave here and no one would know … I’m lonely now and I don’t know how to get it back to good.”

But Lindsay just shouted back: “It’s too late.”

The source added: “Wilmer tried to take it like a man. But he left a few minutes later.”

The newspaper also reports that recently rehabbed Lindsay was spotted drinking champagne during the evening, and downed three glasses of the bubbly after Wilmer’s song.

In related news, Lindsay treated clubgoers to a display of her new pole-dancing skills at The Box in the city on Saturday night.

An onlooker told the New York Post that Lindsay arrived at the club with friend DJ Samantha Ronson around 1am and sang on stage while doing a “stripper dance” to the delight of the crowd.

Lindsay plays a stripper in her forthcoming film I Know Who Killed Me.
