Wayne Rooney has reportedly bought fiance Coleen McLoughlin at £200,000 diamond ring for her 21st birthday next month.

The ring, made by exclusive jewellers Chopard, is thought to have been inspired a ring Coleen spotted on fellow WAG, Victoria Beckham.

A source told the Mirror: “Coleen loves the massive ring that Victoria has been wearing lately. She saw pictures in the newspapers and told Wayne she thought it was gorgeous.”

“She has been dropping loads of heavy hints to Wayne. She thinks he’s been completely ignoring her but Wayne has already been onto Chopard and has told them exactly what he wants.”

“He’s going to present it to her at her birthday party. He can’t wait to see the look on her face when she lays eyes on it.”

Coleen will celebrate her big birthday at a lavish party at Thornton Manor on the Wirral, with the likes of the Sugababes and P Diddy rumoured to be providing the entertainment.
