Daniel Smith feared for mum Anna Nicole Smith with Howard K Stern

Daniel was a very loving and kind hearted son that loved his mother.It was only natual that Daniel would be concern about his mom with Howard giving her drugs.After he learned what Howard was doing to his mom he saw how she was going down and wanted to do something about it.Howard seen that and stopped him.I think Nicole was going to sent Howard packing or tell someone something about Daniel death and Howard stopped her too.Howard is a snake in a suit

I think that Howard should be put in jail for both murder’s. Dont yall get the point he was there during bi=oth murder cases and he is still loose. The only reason he gave Miss Nicole the meds is to kill her for the money and for her not to tell what he was doingt. so i think yuo should lock Mr.Howard up and throw away the key.

how do you know? did you talk to anna, or as you call her, nicole? are you psychic? you say you think nicole was about to send howard packing or tell someone that he had something to do with daniel’s death. should we convict howard based on your psychic abilities?

I have felt Howard was responsible for both deaths all along. Alos, If he was really looking after Anna as her lover AND lawyer why is her last will and testament several years old? I bet he has hidden her true last will because it leaves Howard out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

are you for real? anna was 39 years old. why should she feel the need to update her will at such a young age? and if she did have a new will that leaves howard out, as you say, then why was she planning on marrying howard? why was she saying howard is the baby’s father? that’s not the actions of a person who updates their will at such a young age to leave their future husband out of it. what logic is behind your thinking? even if she didn’t really love him, she at least felt safe with him and trusted him enough carry out her wishes. this was not a woman who was manipulated by anyone. she was clearly in charge of her life, howard k stern was clearly in charge of making her happy.

Stern could have first murdered Daniel to silence him and then Anna when she was fed up with him. He had to know Daniel disliked him and Howard knew he could get rid of him in the Bahamas and not in the USA without suspicion. It is obvious that Stern controlled them all by being Anna’s brain when she was over drugged, but a servant when she was in control. Stern got rid of Daniel first and then Anna was becoming difficult where she might get rid of him so he had to overdose her too. It would be he who picked up prescription drugs under different names and made sure Anna got her share and more. He hung out with one doctor in gay male bars and partied with him, and then with the female shrink doctor who over, both over prescibed to names they knew were not Anna but would be used by her. They all knew Howard would be in control of the money and they followed him to what will soon be his downfall. We are nearing the end of the line for Howard and soon Stern won’t be ablt to hide behind the baby’s body. It is not his child. Howard is gay, and it is true Anna never saw him naked to make love to him when admittedly he said she slept around with others. I hope he is arrested and they include his ugly sister .. he is a devil ..

Why did Harding wait until March of 2007 to act on this story? Daniel, though deceased, allegedly expressed to Harding certain fears about Stern’s relationship with Anna Nicole.

The story is not convincing in the least: Daniel Smith is deceased and cannot confirm the veracity of the accusations he is alleged to have brought against Stern.

If you want to be credible in your opinions, at least give some believable facts. HKS is not gay and never was.

There’s no way Howard could have pleased some of you. If he had helped Anna revise her Will within the last few months, you all would have accused him of plotting her death.

All you have to do is watch that video of Anna painted up in that clown’s face that Stern shot with that video camera. He is the underbelly of a frog.
He preyed on a very vulnerable woman and escalated and helped her with her ever escalating addiction.
THere was absolutely no trace of concern in those last chilling words that scum Stern spoke into that camera, “This is going to be worth alot of money.” Yeah….and before that, he was provoking larger reactions and taunting her about her mental status. He is beyond filth.

The “Gay” remarks you have made are outlandish. First of all, yes, both Howard AND Larry were chasing along after Anna as she sat atop that ridiculous float at the Gay Pride Parade. BUT - let’s get something straight: Neither Howard nor Larry were there for the gay action. Anna, more than likely, was! Anna was the admitted bi-sexual. Her sexual dalliances with other women are well documented. She has considered herself “bisexual” at least at some point in her life, if not all through her life.

As for the baby, yes, the child is most likely NOT Howard’s, but he really did nothing wrong. Anna obviously no longer loved Larry Birkhead (not that she ever did) and with some people, once the love is gone, there are no shades of gray. Anna probably hadn’t realized that Larry would be so relentless in establishing his paternity rights.

Does anyone remember after she got pregnant, in one of her notes to the woman named, Sarah Payne, wherein Anna stated regarding her newly-announced pregnancy, ‘Why isn’t anyone happy for me?” I would take that to mean Larry, too. Wonder what happened to change things? Just a thought….

NOW QUESTION ;WHO KILLED ANNA AND DANIEL SMITH WHO GIVE THE DRUGS TO THEM ,AND THE 3 DOCTORS WHO PRESCRIBED THES NARCOTICS SHOULD ALLSO BE HELD RESONSIBLE. I PRAY THE TRUTH COMES OUT IN COURT.

anna killed anna. daniel killed daniel. simple as that. just like river phoenix killed river phoenix. just like any drug addict who takes too much are responsible for their own death. nobody forced drugs on anna nicole. she had a history way before howard k stern came into the picture. howard k stern worked for anna. she told him what to do. or do you think this woman who was smart enough to create an amazing career out of nothing, was stupid enough to let someone drug them and control them? was she just so helpless? or maybe you saw her in clown makeup and you think that’s how she was 24-7. she was addicted to narcotics and probably went through some serious withdrawal without drugs. that’s one thing that just doesn’t seem to sink into people’s heads. nothing is worse than narcotic withdrawal. a person like anna nicole smith is going to get drugs by whatever means possible including making her lawyer and close friends help her get them. that’s how it is around a narcotic addict. they are relentless. when they need it, they will get it. they will make your life hell until you help them get it.

Anna, is responsible for doing the drugs. why did she overdose when daniel was about 10 yrs. old? I know it hurts to bury a young son. been there. but I never aspired to get into the drug scene. As far as her acting like a BIG baby, lots of older men love that. HK$ is guilty of enabling her. It would have been somebody, if not him..his greed caught up with him..he is not fit to be near dannielynn, as he knew she was drugged in the womb and filmed it as being worth lots of $. possibly in blackmailing her to keep it out of the public view? this gives all of us a bit of needed excitement. we sure feed off such stuff, myself included. makes us feel a bit superior and smug, to put a white trash nation down. hope the baby is spared this kind of life.she has been through enough, already.
