Howard K Stern is reportedly on the verge of being evicted from the home he shared with Anna Nicole Smith because the owner, G Ben Thompson, doesn’t believe Howard is the father of Anna Nicole’s daughter Dannielynn.

Thompson bought the home in Anna Nicole’s name with the understanding that she would buy it from him at a later date and Howard has lived there with Dannielynn since Anna Nicole died.

Thompson’s attorney Godfrey Pinder told Access Hollywood: “We know that Howard K. Stern cannot pass that test in any way that would suggest he is the father of that particular child.”

“Once [the DNA tests are complete], we know that he will no longer have any reason to be in the house because he will not be the child’s father. He is not associated with the child in any way except maybe through the will which we believe is not necessarily a good will and therefore he will have to leave.”

Pinder added that if Larry Birkhead or Anna Nicole’s mother Virgie Arthur are granted custody of the six month old baby, they might be allowed to live in the house to provide the child with a stable family home.
