Denise RichardsDenise Richards and Pamela Anderson are being sued for assault, battery and defamation by two photographers involved in last year’s laptop throwing incident.

Denise heaved the snappers’ laptops off a hotel balcony when she spotted the men taking photos of the actresses on the set of their film Blonde and Blonder - with one of the flying laptop apparently striking an elderly woman in a wheelchair.

The men also claim Denise hit them, called them “f**king c**ksucker at least 12-15 times as well as scumbags, douche bags and paparazzi scum” and along with Pamela, “repeated false and defamatory statements to law enforcement and various media outlets which were deliberately calculated to embarrass, humiliate and ridicule plaintiffs to the extent that they would be unable to secure work as freelance celebrity and sports photographers in the future.”

After in the incident last November, Denise explained her side of the story on Access Hollywood and the photographers claim her comments, and those by Pamela Anderson, caused them to “experience significant anxiety, nightmares, sleeplessness, emotional distress, fear and worry over the possibility of being unable to continue working”.

No specific amount of compensation was listed in the lawsuit.
