Kimberly Mathers spoke out about ex-husband Eminem on a New York radio station, a day after Eminem went to court to request Kim be banned for trash talking him to the media.

The judge overseeing the case at Macomb County Circuit Court in Michigan ruled that the pair should agree to avoid making negative comments about each other in front of their 11 year old daughter Hailie but rejected Eminem’s request on a total ban covering the media.

Speaking on Hot 97 on Tuesday, Kim said she was glad that the full ban had been rejected because of the double standard: “How many songs has he done about me?”

“How many interviews has he done where he’s talking about freedom of speech?”

“I do a couple of interviews and he’s crying like a little girl… We don’t work good together. It’s not good for the kids.”
