Britney SpearsBritney Spears and Kevin Federline have finalised the details of their divorce settlement.

Britney and Kevin married in September 2004 and had two children together - in the two subsequent Septembers - before Britney filed for divorce last November.

The pair were spotted arriving at Britney’s lawyer’s office yesterday afternoon and spent five hours discussing the options.

A spokesperson for Kevin’s lawyer confirmed last night: “The parties signed a global settlement on all issues of their marriage and the custody of the children.”

Earlier reports claim that due to their prenuptial agreement, Kevin will only receive around $1million as a financial settlement and the couple will share physical and legal custody of their sons. However a second source close to the negotiations told Us Weekly that these claims are “inaccurate”.
