Whitney Houston’s divorce from Bobby Brown will be finalised this month and she is to have full legal and physical custody of their daughter Bobbi Kristina.

Whitney was seen dabbing her eyes with a tissue at yesterday’s hearing at Orange County Superior Court when Judge Franz E Miller ruled that the marriage of nearly 15 years would be officially ended on 24 April.

Regarding their 14 year old daughter Bobbi Kristina, Whitney testified that she did not need spousal or child support because Bobby would be unable to provide it. She told the court: “[Bobby]’s unreliable. If he says he’s going to come, sometimes he does. Usually he doesn’t.”

The couple legally separated in September and Whitney filed for divorce last October, citing irreconcilable differences.
