Britney Spears reportedly told Kevin Federline that marry him was a mistake but she’s grateful that the couple had their two children together.

The pair met up with their lawyers last week to finalise their divorce settlement and a source told Star magazine that during a smoking break, Britney told Kevin: “You’re the biggest mistake I’ve ever made, but thank you for my babies.”

The magazine claims that Britney doubled the prenuptial agreement-defined payment awarded to Kevin in order to speed up the proceedings and he will get $25,000 a month in child support until their sons Sean and Jayden turn 18 - but as part of the new agreement, he is is forbidden from selling a tell-all story about their two year long marriage.
