It looks like Dallas Austin’s comments about Joss Stone may have been at least partly true - she is reportedly dating her producer Raphael Saadiq.

Joss’s close friend Lemar confirmed the relationship during an appearance at The Ivy in London yesterday. R&B star Lemar himself had been linked to Joss on a number of occasions last year but has now revealed that Raphael is the lucky man.

He told the Mirror: “I’ve known about their relationship for ages. Joss is always texting me about how happy she is. And it’s the real deal.”

“I’m happy for her. She’s a great girl, and she’s really into him.

“She’s doing really well in the States right now so it’s nice that she is settling down too.”

40 year old Raphael played bass and helped produce Joss’s new album ‘Introducing Joss Stone‘.
