  • Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams are reportedly planning to get engaged - and then married just a few hours later. A source told Us Weekly that the couple want to keep their nuptials as secret as possible and believe the quick turnaround will help that: “They want to get engaged and married on the very same day to keep it very private.”
  • Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalfe has been tipped to replace Harry Potter’s Daniel Radcliffe in the West End play Equus when Daniel’s contract comes to an end. Jesse, who is currently at rehab in Promises Treatment Center in Malibu, is thought to be looking for a London-based job so he can be closer to girlfriend Nadine Coyle. A source told the Mirror: “Jesse is a massive talent and it would be great for him to make his West End debut in Equus.”
  • Snoop Dogg has been formally charged with two felony counts related to arrests last year over gun and drugs possession. Snoop, real name Calvin Broadus, was arrested in October after being found with a gun and marijuana in his car at Bob Hope Airport in Burbank and in November with cocaine, a firearm and a large amount of marijuana outside the NBC Studios. If convicted on both charges, he could face up to four years in prison. He is due in court for an arraignment today.
