  • Halle Berry has said she now regrets bending down to kiss her Hollywood Walk of Fame star at the recent ceremony - not because it showed off too much cleavage but because of what might have been on it. She said this week: “I kissed the star because it just felt like the right thing to do. It was only later that someone reminded me of all the crack heads and drug addicts that have probably been over it. I thought: ‘Thanks, did you have to remind me?’ I guess it wasn’t such a good idea but I felt so proud I had to do it.”
  • Naomi Watts has revealed she’s not a fan of walking the red carpet at premieres or award ceremonies. The King Kong star said recently: “Believe me. There’s nothing natural about a red-carpet experience. People scream your name at the top of their voices, 100 of them at a time, and it just makes your heart leap out of your chest.” She added that maybe it’s just because she’s growing older: “I don’t like being in loud places any more - all my friends call me Granny! My favourite thing is welcoming people in to my home.”
  • Justin Timberlake has every faith that ex-girlfriend Britney Spears will get her life back on track after six months of partying and rehab following the collapse of her marriage to Kevin Federline. Justin was reportedly asked not to visit her during her treatment at the Promises Treatment Center but has confirmed that he spoke to her on the phone while she was there: “I called her because I worried about her. She’s a great woman. I’m rooting for her. It seems like she’s getting everything under control now.”
