  • Britney Spears has denied the rumours that she’s interested in Los Angeles Lakers’ star Luke Walton. Britney’s crush on Luke was rumoured to be the reason she’d repeatedly been spotted at Lakers games over the last few weeks but she nodded in agreement when her cousin Allie told photographers that she was actually the crushee and had dragged Britney along so she could watch Luke. But it’s unlikely that anything will come of it - a spokesperson for the Lakers confirmed that Luke already has a girlfriend anyway.
  • Shanna Moakler has confirmed that she and husband Travis Barker have called a halt to their divorce proceedings while they give their marriage a second try. The Meet the Barkers couple confirmed they were back together last month and Shanna told People magazine recently: “We’re pulling out of the separation. We’re still married.” Travis added: “We’re just trying to move forward with a clean slate”, saying it was “love, keeping our family together and believing in ourselves” that caused them to reconcile.
  • Snoop Dogg has escaped a jail term for the drugs and gun possession felonies he was charged with earlier this week. Snoop, real name Calvin Broadus, pleaded no contest to the charges in court yesterday and was given a three years suspended sentence, five years probation and ordered to perform 900 hours of community service. His lawyer Donald Etra said regarding the sentence: “He recognizes the severity of this. He recognizes he got a great a deal and he fully intends to make sure nothing prohibits him from keeping his part of the bargain.”
