Girls Aloud’s Nadine Coyle has said her boyfriend Jesse Metcalfe has been doing “really well” in rehab.

Desperate Housewives‘ Jesse was prompted to check into Promises Treatment Center in Malibu for help with alcohol abuse after going on a four day long drinking session last month.

Nadine, who is currently working on London, flew to LA for five days last weekend to see Jesse. She told the People newspaper: “He is fine, he’s doing really well. It was so lovely to see him.”

“Jesse is getting help. I’m just glad he has realised he can’t go on the way he was.”

“It was hurting me seeing him do that to himself. I’m going to be there for him and do all I can to help. But at the end of the day, Jesse has to make the decision to stop on his own.”
