Johnny Borrell: things are going really well with Kirsten Dunst
Johnny Borrell has spoken publicly for the first time about his relationship with Kirsten Dunst, saying everything going “really well”.
Johnny, who fronts British band Razorlight, said he had no intention of keeping their relationship out of the limelight: “I’m not hiding anything. We met in Los Angeles. We were hanging out at South by Southwest and we’ve been hanging out ever since.”
“Kirsten’s lovely and a great girl. Things are going really well.”
“I don’t think there’s any rules behind it. If you fall, you fall. In life that’s what you do. You follow the things that you can’t resist and you go where you go. That’s falling in love.”
Johnny joined Kirsten for the after-party following the UK premiere of Spider-Man 3 in London on Monday night and the two were spotted getting progressively drunker during six hours of partying
The party started at the Freemason’s Hall in Covent Garden but then moved onto the Hawley Arms in Camden. A source at the pub reports that Kirsten grabbed a microphone for some impromptu karoke at one point - singing ‘Waterloo Sunset’ by The Kinks: “She looked totally out of place in a run-of-the-mill pub but seemed to have a brilliant night.”
A source close to Kirsten told People magazine that Johnny’s feelings are mutual: “[Kirsten] loves his music so definitely an attraction there. He’s funny too. He has a great sense of humor and keeps her laughing - that’s what’s important to her.”
“They’re really, really into each other. It’s like googly love!”
