Larry Birkhead has reportedly been given permission to take daughter Dannielynn out of the Bahamas.

The judge overseeing the ongoing custody case at the court in Nassau yesterday granted Larry permission to take Dannielynn back to his home in the United States - as long as he returns to the Bahamas with her for the full custody hearing in June.

Emerging from the closed-door court, Larry said he hoped to return to the US soon and that a passport for Dannielynn was “in the works”: “I guess all I can say really is that it was a good day for me in court.”

Larry also confirmed that steps are being taken to remove Howard K Stern’s name for the baby’s birth certificate so that Larry can be listed as her father.
