• Kim Basinger has denied leaking Alec Baldwin’s voicemail message but that it was “not sealed under a court order” as he claims anyway. Kim’s spokesperson Annett Wolf confirmed that Kim has hired a bodyguard to protect 11 year old daughter Ireland from her dad - and from the media furore resulting from the message. Wolf added that Kim is desperate for her ex-husband Alec to get a grip on his “unstable and irrational behaviour” for the sake of the child.
  • And Alec’s brother William Baldwin has added his two cents on the issue, saying he believes his niece Ireland is “embarrassed” by all the attention caused by the leaked message: I know that she wishes this would end.” He also said that even after the rant and everything that has happened during Alec and Kim’s custody fight, the father-daughter relationship is still strong: “I know that [Ireland] has a great relationship with her dad. I know that she loves her dad very much.”
  • Kirsten Dunst has said she wishes she could swap places with Spider-Man 3 co-star Bryce Dallas Howard in terms of where they’re at in their lives. Kirsten, who turns 25 later this week, told Jane magazine that she is jealous of Bryce, who had a baby with husband Seth Gabel in February: “I wish I were in a Bryce stage. I’d rather be with someone I love, at home making dinner, than be single, for sure.” Kirsten recently started dating Razorlight frontman Johnny Borrell.
