At the end of the day, it’s up to parents to protect their own children from images of violence in the media (if they want to do that) but it does seem somewhat hypocritical of Angelina and Brad. Both have commented in the past on how becoming parents has made them think twice about which film roles they accept but still, as I mentioned in the article, Angelina is playing an assassin in her new film Wanted so she is still helping promote a culture of violence-as-entertainment.
