Paris Hilton is reportedly taking self-defence lessons in preparation for her 45 days in jail.

A source told the Sun that Paris has asked her personal trainer to teach her some moves before she enters jail on the 5th June: “She’s so scared about going to jail and will do everything she can to protect herself.”

Paris was spurred into leanring the karate techniques after threatening messages, seemingly from existing inmates of Century Regional Detention Facility, appeared on her website.

The source added: “Paris has been really shaken by the threats. People are saying there’s some tough girls inside who will target her.”
