• Sylvester Stallone has admitted importing human-growth hormones into Australia on his promotional trip to the country earlier in the year. The hormone, Jintropin, is considered a performance enhancing drug in Australia and so its import is restricted - but 48 vials of the substance were found in Sylvester’s luggage in March. He has now admitted it was a “terrible mistake” caused by ignorance of the law. He will be sentenced - most likely just a fine - later today.
  • WAG Carly Zucker is reportedly moving from the “G” to the “W” territory - Chelsea and England footballer Joe Cole is said to have proposed on Friday. A source told the Mirror that Joe dropped onto one knee at their Surrey home and Carly immediately accepted: “Joe is over the moon. He is so in love with Carly and her saying yes is the best thing that has ever happened to him. It is likely they will marry next year. They are very excited.”
  • Claire Danes has admitted filming her new film Stardust wasn’t quite the fantasy she hoped it would be. Claire’s character Yvaine is rescued by a unicorn in the film loosely adapted from the Neil Gaiman comic book of the same name but it was a disappointing experience. She told the New York Daily News: “The horn kept falling off. I was so ecstatic to fulfil my six-year-old’s fantasy and ride a goddamn unicorn! And when I mounted it, the horn fell off!”
